On Tuesday, January 23rd, 2018, the Rush Arts basketball team faced Swenson Arts and Technology High School in a fervent clash of offensive plays. The game was packed with action, from crowd-teasing passes to ferocious blocks. Swenson held a lead, with the score at halftime coming to 44-24. After that, the teams continued their vigorous plays, even resulting in some minor injuries for the players; Rush Arts player #23, Jake Frei, suffered from a nosebleed after getting hit in the face with the ball during a defensive play. Ultimately, Swenson overcame the Knights with a score of 82-54, respectively. However, the Knights aren’t planning on letting this loss derail them. They intend to channel all of their drive and potential into their next home game against CAPA on Thursday, February 1st, 2018.
